What is Yee's Hung Ga
Yee’s Hung Ga International Kung Fu Association is a closely monitored family of branches, under Grand Master Yee Chi Wai’s direction. The title of Sifu is only given to indoor disciples who have all of the skills knowledge, and qualifications to teach. No one is allowed to open a branch, or teach without the proper requirements. The title of Sifu in our Association is not taken lightly, as this assures that only correct information is passed on to the next generation of Hung Ga practitioners. Our training develops complete defensive as well as offensive skills.
Conditioning
We develop overall body conditioning through training, but also specialize in many different bone conditioning exercises including the five animal and five element techniques.
Qi Gong
A set of exercises training the breath, movement of energy, health and body conditioning.

The plan is not to go mainstream and become the household name, but to continue traditional
training –passing on Hung Ga’s collective knowledge to future generations. This is in direct
contrast to “martial art” businesses, which only hope to make lots of money –diluting their art
(if any) and passing on nothing.
Meditation
A deeper level of traditional Qi Gong focusing on the breath, energy movement and self preservation.
Hung Ga Body Sculpting
A unique set of exercises developed by Sifu Wilson Gomez and Master Pedro Cepero Yee, which help build muscle mass and definition without weight training.
It is intended for intermediate and advanced level Hung Ga practitioners.
