What is Kung Fu
Kung Fu is not based on brute fighting. Kung Fu is a highly developed, intelligent study of the human body –its mechanics,
physics, and natural elements. This stems from the profound Shaolin studies of warrior combat methods brought in from
the battlefields by Generals seeking refuge within the monastery. After centuries of study –the result is a deep,
complex system –with many great attributes (The fighting aspect being only one of many). The mind and body are
simultaneously fine tuned, transforming every part into
an exacting weapon.

What is Hung Ga
Hung Ga is an extremely aggressive and violent system. It is designed to cut through an adversary with terminal efficiency. It takes many years of intense training to attain sufficient skills to produce such results. Most people simply don't have the physical capacity, or dedication to reach these levels. Our training naturally weeds out those who are not suited.
